File Name : Sam's advanced saber blades.pk3
File Size : 58.4 kb
Date Released : 10\10\2002 (althought that's GMT :P) updated: N\A

Description : This modification has been created to make lightsabers in Jedi Outcast look more,
how do I say it erm...... Read below :P (Take a look at the screen shot aswell).

Comments : Red Blade: Colour used from JK 1 like using a yellow/white core and blade made to
look like in JK 1.

Orange Blade: I dunno........ I think i oringially decided to make it look like a
fencing blade but just developed from that.

Yellow Blade: I thought the JKII yellow core made the blade look to fat because the
glow was quite fat so I made it thinner and the old yellow blade was far too blunt
looking so i made it look sharper.... Maybe not sharp enough, I think I'll make it
better in the next release.

Green Blade: Blade starts at the base very bright and fades towards the point.

Blue Blade: You know on the cover of the "A new hope" video Luke is holding his
lightsaber and at the base of it it has a really strong, bright bit at the bottom
like a circle? well the normal blades have that but I tried to make it bigger but
failed because it snips it off... Ohh well this was the best I could do, it looks
pretty good.

Purple Blade: I had run out of ideas by now but it's not that bad. I made a nice flare
effect for the glow but it has no core. I will change this one completely in the next
version.

Useful Tip : to change the color of your lightsaber in SP, press left shift key and ~ key and the
console will appeal. Type "devmapall" to activate the cheat codes, then type
"sabercolor red" for red lightsaber, "sabercolor green" for green lightsaber.
There are six colors; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.

How to install : Just put it in your C:\...\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\
GameData\base Dir. and start the game.
