DESCRIPTION: Before you is the Ultimate villain,Ronald Schwinn, IRS Agent. Feared by many, hated by all. He has no friends, no family, and one goldfish named Dominique. His greatest achievement is successfully auditing the neighborhood druglord. Needless to say that his life of resentment has led to his failing health and excessive obesity.
This man has only one love in life: His 1985 Chrysler LeBaron GTS.
Everything else is pointless.

COMMENTS: This is going to be the only version. Feel free to use any part of this mod for yourself. Just give me all due credit. This mod was made last minute because I just found out about the contest less than a day ago. It's mostly a joke but i feel i did a good job. Enjoy!
