INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Copy "Merc.pk3" in to your base folder, to uninstall delete the file.

DESCRIPTION: This is a skin of a villian known as Victor finch, plot included below. I used multiple techniques to pull this skin together, mainly taking pictures of the material textures I wanted and photoshopping them in how I wanted.
It's alot harder than it sounds. But I honestly can't draw cloth for the life of me. Not only that, but my vest was far too cool not to use.

Plot\Info:
Victor Finch, the lone gunman. Midnight some people call him. They call him that 'cause that's when he kills people, you see. He'll give you till midnight to live.
Some people say he's cocky for giving his marks a chance to run, others say he's just being civil.
No one knows the real reason behind his actions. Of course, no one's ever run and lived either.
The truth of this man's past is about as foggy as his reasoning. And I use the term man loosely, no one can be sure if he's human or not.
Legend has it that at midnight, right before he takes out his mark, you can see his eyes give off a ghostly blue shine, just like a wolf in the moon.
If you've ever seen it, you know what I'm talking about.
That unforgetable inhuman glow to his eyes, many say he's of the devil, others say he is the devil himself, and even others try to make sense of it, say it's some cybernetic implant.
Personally, I'd never want to get close enough to find out.

Victor Finch. To kill. That is his profession. There are few facts known about this outlaw. Only legend.

BUGS: Eh, well the model clips, the bullets strech slightly and his lips aren't perfect, the last I could have fixed but I ran out of time, I'm writing this on 10 pm of the last day of the contest.

COMMENTS: I know some people MAY say the shaders are a bit excessive, I just felt like he needed to be shiny for what I had in mind for him.
