Readme

So yeah, this is Sheik. You know, from Legend Of Zelda. Anyways, this is my second reskin of a model.
This one is of a Cultist, with Jan sounds. The first version was Tavion, then I realized that there was a bun,
so i decided to redo it.

Npc Support: No
Bot Support: Maybe (bot support may not work or it may work, I don't know, but if it doesn't, don't complain,I'll fix it)
New Sounds: No (but you have to give me some credit for switching the Jan and Cultist sounds)

Bugs: None yet that I know of
You know the drill, just put this in the base file and bla bla bla bla.
