CREDITS: I give credits to ksk_h2O for the moddel and skinning to Myself. With this model I created my very own texure.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Do I really need to tell how this is done, okay I will.
Put the ".pk3" in the GameData\base directory:

DESCRIPTION: This little skin of my is called Shocker. Shocker is a man named Herman Schultz and if you can't pronoune that last name, I can't either so don't feel bad. Shocker is a career criminal who after being imprisoned many times he created a battle suit that allowed him to send out shock waves to take advantage over New York. Such as robbing banks by unlocking the vaults with the shock waves and blowing over armored cars.
