Bloodmaster Saber

This is very basic and simply adds a new saber file to the saber list.
It uses no new hilt, making file size smaller. What's so "special"
about this is that its a singlebladed hilt that uses the staff fighting
style. Most people could make this in like two seconds, but hey, some
people are just really lazy (like I normally am).

Just make sure the server has this before using it, or it will be like
any other single blade saber. Or you can just test it out with solo :-P

Installation:

Just put the pk3 file into your gamedirectory/gamedata/base folder (as normal. but it needs to
be stated).
