INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Extract all files into your "install" folder

DESCRIPTION: This is a modified start up menu that is to be the Start of my 'Revolutions' Mod, this Mod will change the look of the games Interface. Look Forward to it in a couple of Months or so.

BUGS: Not a Bug as Such, but Due to the way the Start-up Screen has been made it is impossible to Change the Font and its Colour, so i may be a little hard to read. But it seems to be Okay with the Rollover.
