Obi-wan Kenobi Ep3 Hilt V2

This is a brand new model based on the recent Master Replicas Ep3 version.

I included 2 pk3's, 1 thats overwrites the Arbitor for use on any server & 1 thats by itself for standard use.

Installation- Put pk3 of your choice in your Jedi Academy/gamedata/base folder
