Seifer's Gunblade - Final Fantasy 8

Installation - place PK3 in gamedata\base\

I made this for two reasons, 1) I want to make tons of Final Fantasy stuff
and 2) Raitenks wanted a gunblade for his Seifer model.

I must admit this is not as good as Squall's but for some reason I couldn't
get it to come out as good, the shape is there, the textures are there but
the "heart" isn't. I still think it came out alright though :)
