ummm... ive never written one of these so bear with me

installations pretty standard, unzip to gamedir/GameData/base

basically this is a model of saruman's staff from lord of the rings

i really suggest you use the lotr skins by KOTORMRJay, Tim Underbakke and JT Sims. those skins make everything seem that much more realistic.
