File Name :VaderVM2.2.pk3
File Size :1.90MB
Date Released :4/12/2005

****Description**** :
Fixes since 2.0:
Darkened Torso and Legs on VaderEp3 (Minor skin fixes).
Fixed Kilt to dcapeep3 error.

This is basically the VaderVM model with a lot of extra things. First I added NPC (Non Player Character) support for use in single and multiplayer (with cheats activated)... This allows Vader to act more theatricelly, He now walks around, turns saber on and off, while taunting you.
On top of all this, The NPC is scaled to Vader's actual height! (keep in mind that this only works on NPC's)
New sounds have been added, but really these are used by the NPC only.
Plus I added a few more varients. The varients represent the slight changes that took place during the run of all the episodes. First we have Vader from "a new hope", then "VM" which covers Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi. Then last but not least
Star Wars Episode 3!

Also I added support for "Akane Syria's ROTJ vader saber". For Saber support you will need to download this saber at http://jediknight2.filefront.com/file/Darth_Vaders_ROTJ_Lightsaber;36296
If you have downloaded this saber it will appear in any of the NPC's hands. I also added a few extra NPC's that were made just to be fun. Like "little vader", "big vader", "dark luke", and a "witch mercenary".

Special additions in 2.2
Vader now has troop support in single player! Read "How to lead a Battalion" instructions below.
Troopsupport includes "bounty hunter, stormtroopers, and imperial protocol droid.

Single Player support read instructions below.

Instructions:
1) In order to use NPC's you will need to acivate cheats heres how you do it.

Singleplayer- Once your in the game, hit "shift and tild (~)" to activate the console. Next type "devmapall" (or devmap t1sour)...hit enter (cheats are now on)...next type "npc spawn (the npc's name)" Example: npc spawn vadervm (or littlevader, vaderhope, vaderep3, ect...).

How to lead a Battalion:
************************

1) Becoming Vader: Start up "Single Player" and activate cheats. Singleplayer- Once your in the game, hit "shift and tild (~)" to activate the console. Next type "devmapall"...hit enter (cheats are now on)...next type "playermodel playervader" (without quotes)
2) Assembling Troop Support: Next you need to spawn supporting NPC's (open the console again "shift and tild") and type "npc spawn goodtrooper" ... You now have a storm trooper who will follow and aid you.
3) Spawning troops on command: Now you may want to spawn troopers by just pushing a single key (that way you dont have to keep typing in the spawn command).... Here's how you do it.
(open console again) now type "bind i npc spawn goodtrooper", now exit the console. Every time you hit the "i" key, a fresh trooper will spawn. You can bind any key you like, I just chose to use "i".
4) Other troop support... You can use the spawn npc command for these characters as well.
goodhunter (rodian bounty support)
goodslave (imperial droid)

*Keep in mind that troop support only works in Single Player (where they will follow you).
*choose levels that NPC's can easily follow you, Otherwise they may get trapped.

***Trouble shoot***

Usually there are only a few errors make that cause problems. Here are the most common...
1) Not removing the old VaderVm file.
2) Not using the proper console commands for "Single Player" or "Multiplayer"... cheats are acivated differently for each. Read "Instructions" up above.
3) Having the pk3 placed in the wrong folder.

Special Thanks to "Szico VII" for giving me a little help in understanding the NPC functions.
Special Thanks to "Akane Syria" for making such a wonderfull saber. It isnt included with this model, but I added support for it!
