HERITAGE:
Little is known about Aywen's rather murky background. The daughter of a bounty huntress and a mercenary, she was raised at the Jedi Academy as her father was killed "while on a mission" in her youth. The current location and status of Aywen's mother is unverified - she is believed to have been captured/ killed by Remnant troops.
TRAINING:
At the Academy, Aywen Zaphien excelled far beyond her peers - especially in the skills of saber combat.
She discovered from the Academy records that her father was killed by Luke Skywalker during encounter his crew had with some jedi- an encounter that was initiated by the jedi.
As a result, Aywen, now 17, fled the Jedi Academy, and came to hate all jedi - particularly Skywalker.
She continued her training in secret - mastering the art of weilding two, double-bladed sabers in the proccess. In addition, she has learned to use the "dark powers" extensively.
CURRENT STATUS:
Aywen secretly performs "underground" mercenary work - and has created powerful "friends" in the process. She fights openly against the Remnant's troops, and thus has gained the trust of the New Republic forces, if not approval for her tactics and methods.
She remains determined to avenge her parents against both New Republic/Jedi and the Imperial Remnant.
