Discibtion : A reskin of the default reborn, has some kool designs on
it kinda like tattoos and stuff, a really kool shader on the hood of the
skin, makes it light a light blinking (as seen on screenshot). Well i
hope you all like my new skin, enjoy.

Install Instructions : Like any other mod, map, skin or model
put the .pk3 inside your GameData\Base Directory

Well that about sums it up, enjoy my new skin :D
