Readme

im not sure who made the model, but i wasnt happy about the raiden skull suit skin. so i decided to turn off the head band surface,
and change up the face to make it look a little more like raiden from mgs2, i went ahead and packed the whole entire solid snake pk3.
i hope the author doesnt mind! well here you go enjoy, and let me know what you think........VisionOfOne
