So here's my representation of a Borg Drone in the Star Wars universe. I realised that a lot of people realy, realy, realy wanted a borg character for JK2 but i could never build one before because i wasnt able to create a bald model. But then i stumbled upon a REALY old mace windu skin that was basically the jedi model but with a smoothed out head. Its basic but i took on the challenge.
The end result has turned out far better then i expected it would, i used my own face to skin the head, and borrowed a couple of textures from star trek elite force, and from pics on startrek.com so i was able to create a rather authentic skin all in all.
The most difficult element of creating this skin was the shaders, i didnt want it to look too plain (Mostly black suit, with a pale face) so i decided to add a few little lights to the skin to make it stand out, which isnt as easy as it sounds for a noob at shading :oP But after a bit of persistance i finally got it right and it looks heller cooooo :o))
I hope you all enjoy this file, i enjoyed skinning it!!
Resistance is futile, prepare to be asimilated!!
None known of, but there may be older borg skins by the same name so this may overwrite them.
Add the Borg.pk3 to your jediknight "base" directory usually found in:
C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\base
To uninstall just bung it in ya recycle bin
Raven for creating a couple of the textures that helped me create some of this skin that made it look as close to an actual borg drone as possible!
To whoever created the old "ep2windu" skin, without it i wouldnt of been able to create this skin!
And to my Princess Nikki, WuVooooo babe!!!!!!!!!
Lucasarts, Raven and Activision do NOT support the use of the Borg skin in any way
and neither they, nor i will be held responsable for errors it causes!!
Also Paramount (the owners of the startrek brand) do not support this file either!!
I have run extensive tests and i have encountered no problems in using
