Install: Put the files in the yv_startup_screen.zip into: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\Install (or on whatever disk you have installed JKII)
Other info: This file was made to be included in the yv mod, which i'm working on right now. however, i liked it that much that i decided to send it as an independent file to jk2files.com
