Just Throw the ep3mod folder into your GAMEDATA folder NOT YOUR GAMEDATA BASE FOLDER

In the Main menu go under setup, mods, highlight ep3mod and press activate
Note: most of the models/skins i did not create myself the one i edited dooku and battle droids .
