INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Just run AdminCMD.exe, check commands you want to give to
an admin and click "Generate!". Have Fun!

DESCRIPTION: I heard that many people have problems with calculating CMD
priveleges for admins in JA+ Mod, so I made this one. Maybe
it's not perfect but it really works! :)
