This is not a mod but simply a listing of cheats, npcs, vehicles, and playable models.
To use the models type /model (the model name) in the console
To use the npcs type /npc spawn (the npc name) in the console
To use the vehicles type /npc spawn vehicle (the vehicle name) in the console
To use the cheats go to the console and type /devmapall,
then type the cheat
To get to the console press shift and tilde (~) at the same time
Thanks to the various cheat code websites that i went to to get all the npcs and vehicles. Credit to myself for the compiling and organizing of everything.
It would be nice if someone would create a second version of this thats completely tested...only about 30% of the npcs are tested.
