CREDITS: All credits are in the program.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Just run it anywhere, it will create all the files it needs.
The dll files that it requires should be replaced (by the program) if you lose them.
DESCRIPTION: This is version 3 of my ReadMe creator. I added email writing support, and file renaming (on request). I may have also fixed some bugs along the way..... but who knows.
BUGS / COMMENTS: No bugs that I know of.
I DO listen to what you say in the comments, if you ask for something, I will make it happen if I am able. So please comment!
I hope this is useful to all the modders out there, but I guess I can't expect to get as many downloads off a modding utility as I get on a map.
