INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: extract the pk3. into the base folder

DESCRIPTION: my reskin of manquesa's epIII fighter to be my personal fighter with cloke inspired by the sith infultratior and mostly coding work so that i could give it stats i wanted :P i always hated in dogfights how it took forever to turn around

BUGS: none that I know of

COMMENTS: to spawn type /npc spawn vehicle black-mage and u must have OJP to use the fighters cloke
