INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Place the pk3 into your base

DESCRIPTION: A friend of mine asked me to make him a skin, I started working on it, and this happened, I ended up going into a completely different direction with this, and well, here we are now. I'm not exactly sure what it is, I am hoping the staff member who reviews this may describe it better then I can. >_>
