INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: up up and away in your base folder

DESCRIPTION: i was always angry about raven, putting already a rodian/sp skin in game like the trandoshan, but make no use of it. with this skin, you also have rgb support for the rodian. moreover it overwrites the default rodian, but there are no changes, so who cares ;)

BUGS: no bugs noticed. feel free to find 'em
