Episode III Palpatine
*** Authors ***
I searched the Net for decent Episode III Palpatine (non-robed version) skins, but the ones that I found weren't perfect:
One had a good model but not a great skin and decent sounds,
one had a good costume and face but whose model was buggy,
and one had a great lightning-scarred face, but the author explicitly stated that he disliked the costume.
So, I took these three and put them together into one non-robed Palpatine skin that I think is good.
As for the robed versions (Darth Sidious in red and black robed with hood), I found two great skins that just needed sound.
As far as I know, they were all based off of the same original ct_palpatine mod by Toonces, Arco, GraFox, and Psynex.
I take no credit for creating this mod; all credible work was done by the following authors:

For convenience, I also included Darth Sidious' lightsaber hilt (single and a staff version) created by darthdoughnut.
*** Description ***
This mod includes:
* Darth Sidious' lightsaber hilt and a staff version of it
* Palpatine skin (Episode III rescue scene)
* Palpatine skin (Episode III arrest scene)
* Palpatine skin (Episode III post-arrest (lightning charred) scene)
* Emperor Palpatine skin (Episode III speech to the Senate rotunda scene)
* Emperor Palpatine skin (Episode III Yoda and Sidious confrontation scene)
The three non-hood/robe Palpatine skins function in the following way (scenes being from Episode III):
Palpatine, in his arrest scene, is the default.
Palpatine, when he is rescued, is the blue version.
Palpatine, after the death of Mace Windu but before he puts on his Sith robes, is the red version.
The two robed Darth Sidious skins are seperate; the Senate-address one functions is a single default, and
the Yoda/Sidious fight one functions as the same for default, red, and blue.
The Senate-address Palpatine is a red-robed, Sith-embroidered skin whose costume Palpatine wore when he
told the Senate of what happened in Episode III.
The Yoda/Sidious fight skin is a black robed skin that the author made slightly more reddish to try and
match what is seen in Episode III.
The three non-robed Palpatines are a combination of various authors' work:
the model was reworked by Yodaminch from Toonces/Arco/GraFox/Psynex's ct_palpatine model,
which was then skinned; the sounds and this model were what was mainly used in this mod,
although the Palpatine-rescue skin was also used here.
Notamu's non-lightning-scarred face and hands were used along with his excellent costume.
Dark_Cuillere's excellent lightning-scarred face was used.
*** Installation ***
Palpatine skins: Palpatine_skins.pk3
Sidous sabers: Sidious_hilt.pk3
Place whichever of those PK3 files that you would like in your GameData/base folder.
