Readme

New stormtrooper and E-11 read-me:

To install, simply drag the pk3 titled "new stormtrooper and E-11" to the base folder.

This pk3 changes the stormtrooper to a black trooper with white glowing eyes, it also changes the E-11s color to a silvery-light grey.
