INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: GameData/Base folder....You see it? That's where You put .pk3 file

DESCRIPTION: This is the Nihl III, and it is superior to perhaps the latest one in appearence and resemblence, but does not compare to nihl 1.0 in any way. Basicly, the only huge flaw is that he has a cape. the rest is very similair to nihl himself, minus the face... i couldn't make it look right... it always became a white blob of stupidity. hopefully that and his cape will not change your view on him. it also contains a different nihl. one is nihl without the cape, though he is less detailed.

BUGS: Ummmmm.... the cuffs won't go away, just like the wite lines around the shoulder. tell me how to fix those if you know.
