edited/added to the character menu.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Put rosh_charactermenu.pk3 in your GameData\Base folder.

DESCRIPTION: This adds Rosh to the customizable SP character menu (Which is also in MP). It includes a black version of Rosh,
and new clothes.
