This is a skin of Rosh Penin enchanted by the Ice Enchantress, star-studded Goddess of Northern nights. As you can see mostly I've just played around with hues n stuff, but hey - I'm a n00b! :-)

To install: Extract the enchanted_rosh.pk3 file into your base folder and enjoy!

No bot support or anything - yet!

I am hoping to learn more about skinning and come back to this later for improvements.
