INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Extract the .pk3 file and place it into your base folder.

DESCRIPTION: This is the OTS Official Skin. It is basically a reborn covered in black,
with the clothing pattern outlined in red. Also the skin has no face, but has red
mysterious eyes. There are also red and blue versions of the skin for tffa. I also
included an npc in this skin so that you can spawn it when you are playing the sp game
or a solo mp game.
