INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy and paste into you r gamedata/base folder and your ready to go.
DESCRIPTION: Trigger happy Riza Hawkeye from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist.
COMMENTS: Just a few minor changes, I felt stupid for forgetting the little cut that the military in fma has so i put that in,
I changed the team skins to look alot cooler, and fixed some of the messy strokes.
I know the outfit doesnt look like cloth but im using "The Gimp" program and its not very good.
