INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Put the .Pk3 included into your *BASE* Folder

DESCRIPTION: This is not a character from the Resident Evil series first off. It's just a guy I made inspired by the Resi games.
After watching all of the Resi movies in one weekend, I was in a mood for more Resident Evil. This skin is Umbrella yes,
but it is also inspired by the RPD uniforms by the armor on it's back and torso.
