Instructions:
-Delete any previous version of the ForceMOD III Update (they should start zzzz)
-Unzip the FM3v1.12cUpdate.zip into the ForceMOD_III folder
-Use the HTML file to see what models have are now supported and info on were to download them

Fixes for version 1.013
-Added new skins:

-Added model "cloneultarck" from Zclone_ultima.pk3 to Spacetrooper class

-Corrected Noghri BOT personality error

- Added new models and corrected some class choices per feedback

- PK3's are correctly packed (v1.012 will not work)

- Cleaned up the fm3server.cfg file.
- Changes to modelclass and modelscale INI file:
- Verified every model listed
- Both files are isolated for easier updating
- Entries are tracked in a database by modelname, PK3 name, zip name, and URL
- ModelClassByModelName.html contains complete database listing for easy downloads
- Changes to botclasses:
- Verified every bot listed
- Only contains BOT entries for BOTs listed in *.bot files
-Changes to botfiles and botlist.txt
- All JKA and FM3 BOT replaced with improved new BOTs
- All BOT files are isolated for easier customization

Comments :
I made these changes because I don't like bots with names like "clonesgt" or "omega_fett).
I wanted to more easily control BOTs and models without having to rename everying with a "zzzz". More on this later.
The modelclass and modelscale files contained 40% bad data.
The botclasses data contained 60% bad data.
