Extract files, then copy the pk3 file to your base foler:
C:/Program Files/Lucas Arts/Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy
/GameData/Base

In WinXP, open zip file, copy the pk3 file and paste it in your
base folder.

Description:

The Twi'Lek tint colors mod will add 8 new colors that you can use
for the female Twi'Lek in single player or multi player mode!
The new colors are:

- brown
- pink
- orange
- lime
- green
- teal
- violet
- black

And along with the default colors, thats a total of 14 skin tones!
