Well, here it is. After years of requests, many attempts, time, effort and months of work comes Vincent Valentine! I can't tell you how many versions this guy has gone through, so I won't bore you with the details. If you're interested, check the forums. Instead, I'll go into the basics.

Directions:

There are 3 .pk3 files: Vincent.pk3, animations.pk3, and cerberus_blaster.pk3. Place them all in your JediAcademy/GameData/base folder and you should be good to go, but be advised that if you want to use the animations, you either have to decide if you want to use the animations or the One Winged Jetpack, as they will NOT work together. So that's up to you, but if you use one, you have to remove the other. That's all really.

Known Issues: He doesn't have any shoulders or upper arms. Why? Too much clipping with the shoulder cape. You may not notice it in MP, but SP seems to show this a lot more. Just wanted to mention that.

Vincent comes with SP support, BOT support, and the animations listed above, which allow him to flip upside down and shoot the Cerberus similar to the way Neo did in the first Matrix movie. Very Cool. Now on to the Credits:

Eclypse's Special Thanks:

Harick/Antizak - This is where it all began. They allowed me to use their model, and as a result you have what you see here today. It would have taken me forever to do this on my own, so them letting me use this model is greatly appreciated. Also, Harick's UV Mapping is what makes Vincent look like a human being, as my facial UV Mapping is terrible. Thanks for believing in me guys!

Shady-D/[LA] Silver - This model wouldn't be weighed if not for [LA] Silver. This guy taught me everything I know on the basic concepts of weighing and as a result, I have a decent knowledge of how to weigh models. So without him, Vincent would not be on this site. Dude, you rock!

Sanj - This guy is just amazing. Makes all kinds of crazy shaders, modifys the skin files, creates animations so that he looks cool shooting guns, even makes the Cerberus a weapon you can pistol whip people with. Clearly a talented individual who adds to the class and flavor of this project!

Dante Kardo - Took the basic skin files that Harick set up and gave Sanj a base to work with. He would have taken it further, but he's got a life (unlike me). So props to him for his time.

Ryojin - for not accepting anything but perfection in playtesting, and as a result, you get a fully functioning model that can do any attack. If not for him, I would have released a substandard model without my knowledge. Thanks for not letting my ego get in the way!

Tobe_One - A true artist, and a pleasure to work with. Has the patience of Job. This guy made the Cerberus what you see here. Without him, you would either wait a lot longer than now to get this model, or you would be getting it with a very undetailed Cerberus.

minilogoguy18 - Another guy with a lot of patience, especially when things really go wrong...a lot. Taught me the ins and outs of XSI Mod Tool, with specifics regarding weighing/rigging. One day I hope to be able to pass some of this knowledge on. Clearly has an expert knowledge of XSI, and a pioneer for making XSI Mod Tool the standard modding application for Jedi Academy. Class all the way.

NT-Spirit - for working hard to get me sound files for Vincent, though sadly, we did not use them.

Softimage XSI Mod Tool Version 4.2 - Vincent Valentine is the first model EVER to be rigged and weighed in a completely FREE program. With the release of the JA Skeleton for XSI (released by minilogoguy) the whole community can weigh their models with a free program. Vincent is proof of that fact.`

LucasArts: For making the game

Square-Enix: For fully developing a character as cool as Vincent. Thanks to them, Vincent is as popular as he is today.

Ryojin would like to say: "FINALLY!!!!"

[LA]Silver would like to say this:

The real reason I helped Eclypse in an attempt to finish the model is simple. He has something that most JKA Modders need. Determination. I know how stressfull it must have been for him trying to grasp the concept of weighing as an average Joe, But he has come an incredibly far way.. The rest of you should take an example of him.
Great Job Eclypse.. Guess what? You're a rocket sientist now!

Thanks Silver, and good luck with Neo Dark Ages...I know I'm looking forward to it.
